How do I conect my EZVIZ camera to the iParcelBox App?
Once you’ve set up your EZVIZ camera using the manufacturers app, simply select ‘EZVIZ’ from Webcam settings in the iParcelBox app, login to your EZIVZ account and select your preferred camera.

Do I need to subscribe to the EZVIZ CloudPlay service to use this feature?
No. the EZVIZ CloudPlay service offers some cool features, but it’s not required to view your EZVIZ camera within the iParcelBox app.
I already have an iParcelBox. Can I get this offer?
Yes. We’re able to offer discounted cameras to a limited number of existing customers. Contact us at support@iparcelbox.com for more details.
Are there any ongoing costs involved with this feature?
To connect to a CCTV camera within the iParcelBox app, you’ll need an iParcelBox Premium Subscription. More details about iParcelBox Premium are available here.
Connecting an EZVIZ camera within the iParcelBox app does not cost any more than any other camera provider.
How much is delivery, and how long will it take?
The prices quoted include delivery to mainland UK. The EZVIZ camera will be dispatched separately from the iParcelBox as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders placed during business hours will normally be dispatched the next working day using DPD’s next day service (for cameras) and ParcelForce 48 (for iParcelBox).
