LoginLast week, iParcelBox exhibited at the globally renowned Consumer Electronics Show (CES®). It’s arguably the most influential tech event in the world — the proving ground for breakthrough technologies and global innovators. This is where the world’s biggest brands do business and meet new partners, and the sharpest innovators hit the stage.
Normally, this huge event takes over Las Vegas for a week, with around 5,000 exhibitors and over 150,000 attendees. However, due the current Covid-19 pandemic, this year CES was an all-digital event.
iParcelBox were very proud to be able to exhibit our innovative #MadeInBritain product on this world stage. We received a lot of interest in our exhibitor page, with enquiries from around the world. Lots of people around want to be able to benefit from the convenience our customers get from their iParcelBox! They’ll need to wait a little longer: our focus remains on providing a quality product with impeccable customer service to customers in the UK, with some exciting developments for Europe coming in the nest few months.
Thanks to some fortunate timing and the wonders of social media, we also featured on the main CES “Live Anchor Desk”: our twitter post appeared on screen and the CES Anchor hosts Justine Ezarik (Tech Content Creator @ijustine) and Rich DeMuro (Tech reporter for KTLA-TV Channel 5 in Los Angeles @richontech) had a conversation about how cool they thought the iParcelBox product was, solving a real problem of missed deliveries that everyone suffered from. Justine commented on our twitter post ‘OMG I NEED THIS‘.
iParcelBox was also picked up by several of the world’s media, including an interview with James Hrenak, Senior Editor at Poc Network // Tech. You can watch the interview here
It wasn’t just about raising our profile, we also took the opportunity of CES2021 to formally announce the news of our battery operated product, which will be launching later this month. Read more about this exciting development on our blog post here.
