- View a compatible CCTV/Webcam stream directly within the smartphone app
- Create secure access tokens to allow couriers, friends or family to make deliveries, collect parcels or empty your iParcelBox for you.
- Create custom settings for automatic opening of your iParcelBox.
- Create and manage Shared Users, allowing family, friends or colleagues to have access.
- Interact with your iParcelBox using your Alexa smart speaker.
- Manage and control your iParcelBox using a secure local API, allowing integration with smart home systems, such as Home Assistant.
From July 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a slight adjustment to the pricing structure for new customers. While we have always aimed to keep our services accessible, we must adapt to evolving circumstances to continue providing top-notch experiences.

- Current Price: £2/month (€2.50/month for European customers)
- New Price (Effective July 1st, 2024): £2.50/month (€3/month)
We’re pleased to confirm that new subscribers will still enjoy a complimentary 90-day trial period. This ensures ample time for users to experience the benefits of iParcelBox Premium without immediate financial commitment.
Important Note: Existing iParcelBox Premium subscribers will maintain their current pricing of £2/month (€2.50/month), unaffected by the upcoming changes.
For customers who place a pre-order for the new medium sized iParcelBox we will also honour the original pricing, even if you setup and install your iParcelBox after July 1st 2024.

By initiating your subscription or trial before July 1st, you lock in the existing lower rate, providing exceptional value for the foreseeable future. Remember, you retain the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time, either through the iParcelBox app or on our website.
A Friendly Reminder: Should you decide to cancel your existing subscription and later opt to re-subscribe, it will be treated as a new subscription, subject to the updated pricing.
